For evaluation, solution creation and document creation.  In BC, the legal industry took the accounting industry to court and won the decision that incorporation registrations are legal documents – not financial documents.  This means only lawyers can get paid to register and create incorporations in BC.  This is a huge problem b/c lawyers have no tax or financial training.  This can result in significant financial ‘holes’ in incorporations that must be fixed.  We fix these holes with documents like: Shareholder Loan Agreements, Consulting Service Agreements, Shareholder Registry, First Annual General Meeting minutes, and a Corporate One-Pager.
